Mechanical Design, Fabrication & Testing

Executed mechanical design, prototyping and product validation for novel biology-guided cancer treatment technology.
Led the fabrication and testing for the cooling system, high voltage x-ray scanning, rotational motion and patient monitoring camera system.
Used SolidWorks to design and conduct finite element analysis on over 20 system components.
Solved key system challenges for rotational balancing, structural integrity, system integration and cooling flow requirements.
Developed the patient monitoring system for the therapy machine.

Drilling, Operations & Reservoir

Developed a Production Database that saved the company $100,000 and improved weekly reporting efficiency by 75%.
Technical Project Lead, Company Representative and Tender Evaluator for a Decommissioning Campaign.
Designed and planned four relief wells.
Created a Carbon Emissions Visual Basic Calculator that was implemented company wide.

Mechanical Engineering Design & Repair

Engineered 17 equipment repair packages while planning pressure tests, heat treatments, weld procedures and installations.
Used Visual Basic to create an autonomous tool to reduce the number of open repair actions for 16 teams by 100%.
Awarded the “Syncrude Recognition Award” for engineering performance excellence and safety interventions.

Subsea & Drilling Engineering

Facilitated the technical, legal and feasibility aspects of a Research & Development Study as the Project Lead.
Conducted analysis and executed contractor consultation for the casing design and plan for a major offshore project.
